Parent Coaching Calls are designed for caregivers who are ready to help but are not always sure what to do next. During each one-on-one virtual session, we work together to translate your child's learning needs into clear, doable steps you can use at home right away.
We begin by listening. You share what you are seeing with homework, behavior, attention, and school communication. Drawing on more than 20 years as a licensed Intervention Specialist, we then break down those concerns into specific goals-such as smoother homework routines, better follow-through on assignments, or supporting IEP accommodations at home.
You leave each call with a simple written action plan, not a stack of theory. That plan may include sample scripts for emailing teachers, ideas for adapting assignments, ways to reduce power struggles, and quick practice activities that match your child's reading, writing, or math level. We also talk about what to let go of, so evenings feel calmer and more connected.
Because every family is different, we pace the coaching around your schedule and capacity. Some parents meet with us once to get unstuck; others schedule a series of calls to receive ongoing guidance and accountability as they build new habits.
Many families pair their Parent Coaching Calls with our learning assessments or tutoring services, so home routines, school supports, and online instruction all work in the same direction. The result is a child who feels understood, a home that feels less tense, and a parent who feels ready to advocate with confidence-instead of guessing alone.
Share a few details about your learner and your goals, and our licensed intervention specialist will respond with clear next steps, program options, and a path toward confident, joyful learning at home.
